Rules

Modelica Community can delete or ban anyone, but the members themselves, not Modelica Community, are responsible for their actions. Talk to each other first and only contact the Modelica Community crew if someone breaks the only truly important rule on the community:

Warning: You need to be approved to become a member. Write a presentation that explains who you are, how you use Modelica and there should generally be no problem. You should however pay some attention to how you write! We don't demand perfect English, especially not from non-native English speakers, but if you don't even bother to try to write correctly, you'll not be accepted.

Should Modelica Community send an email to you when you have a message or something you watch has been updated?	No. Modelica Community will still send you one email if something you watch is updated and you haven't been active for one month and then a reminder email is sent a year later, but then never more unless you log into Modelica Community again. Yes. And only one update email for the first update, and only if you haven't been active on Modelica Community for 36 hours. Yes. And one update email for the first update and a reminder 7 days later. Yes. And update emails every time you get new updates.
